The search bar isn't translated, when you search it is Ich suche nach, I think Suche nach sounds way better in the context. When you're searching, reset and Review Score aren't translated. That's all I found for just looking at the site.

Austria, Belgium, Germany, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg and Switzerland all have German as one of their first languages. Why was none of their flags chosen?
Same with the American flag, could we instead chose, let's say Sierra Leone 🇸🇱. Their official language is English

For German, you can clearly understand Germany is the "main" country of thay language. However for English the flag could be different, but what would you like to be put instead of flags? It's just for easier recognition.

I see no problem in using a country flag, I never cry about the spain flag being used to represent the spanish language, even tho they're using it to represent south american spanish, which is completely different from Spain's spanish
