For example, Tags: would be the thing Norwegian could get closest to an accurate translation without completely changing up everything, since Tagged with would be Tagget med if translated directly, but that is used for stuff like for example the thing where you use the spray can on public walls illegally, another thing would be Emneknaget med but that is so gramatically incorrect it'd give headaches
