In this case, there are only a few questions and they are well known to the players. In fact, the answers are provided in the bot's official discord server. As you can see in the second screenshot, I have completed over 40,000 missions with a success rate of 99.33% and I am by no means the top player. There are many people with over 100,000 missions (one mission can be initiated every 60s). My bot simply provides the answers to make it less arduous when playing over an extend period of time. Furthermore, it doesn't break the rules of the bot and has been approved by the community.

What you could do in the meantime is to submit the bot on the site again (https://top.gg/bot/add). In the creation flow, there is a section for reviewer notes
In there, put the invite with the oAuth you want us to use, with a reason why it needs oAuth 🙂

When we invite bot for testing, oAuth and permissions are stripped off, so that is why it may not have been working for the reviewer causing the decline

Is your bot suppose to be able to work with no permissions. So my bot typically when invited comes with the permissions it needs. However, because I can value privacy and security, my bot can be used as long as it can see the slash command being used, and will DM the user privately if any permissions are lacking for the command to complete, letting them know which permissions are lacking in the specific channel they are trying to use.

Is your bot suppose to be able to work with no permissions.
By default, yes it should "work" without permission. It means that if a user runs a !ban command, it should not ask for KICK_MEMBER.
We invite bots with no extra mod/admin permissions to follow the "The principle of least privilege" and then grant permissions when/if the bot asks

That way users that only use your bot for XYZ feature dont need to give permission ABC to enable unrelated features

You are of course allowed to give error pr command that the user or the bot does not have the correct permissions and that they should be given to the bot 🙂
