It is not an issue with the database, it is with fetching your server, either you're not the owner of that server or are not even present in the server to begin with

Hi, I my bot recently got declined from the queue for it being offline, due to my bot using the discord integration API there is no way for setting the status indicator and the indicator itself doesnt even show. This is the second time it got declined for this reason, the first time I was told to readd it to the queue and to make sure to add a note that it will show as offline but still work, which i have done. this time it got declined for the same reason, should I reapply again and make the reason more clear?

That is a great way to think, actually. My bot is actually ready to go as soon as it is invited, so it is not as complex to get started with it.
