Hey there. We're aware of this issue and it has been escalated to the dev team already. They're on Christmas break at the moment so it should get fixed after the holidays. I can tell you it's not bots though, it's related to a site issue where some legitimate reviews from other entities appear on certain other bot / server pages.

I am confused, however, on how I saw a reply to one of the reviews from a "SideSwipe LFG Community" account (my server name) + profile picture (as my server icon) and I could edit the reply. No that's probably just related to the issue. The owner of that bot or page the review was posted on probably replied to it and it's just showing as your server on your page. I would ask you not to edit that just in case it does change it for the original entity. But we are aware of the issue.
I don't think you can actually report them because they're not actually on your page. Clicking the button won't make any difference.

You have to go to the site to vote. The @small lantern bot doesn't have any commands apart from ping.
Its only feature is keeping your server page data up to date on the site like name, member count, emojis etc

You can promote your server using Top.gg auctions!
To get the promoted spot, you will need to be the highest bidder (kinda like eBay!)
If you win that spot, you can pay when the auction ends (Always on a Monday.)
From there you can pay with either Vote credits (You get $15 in vote credits when you get over 100 votes!) or real money.
The ad then goes live the following day (Tuesday) and will be live for a week!

I understand review reports have no ETA, but after 2 weeks and someone from topgg quite literally telling me that the reviews definitely go against the guidelines I would've hoped they would by now have been removed, as much as the comments made are not visible, these reviews still bring down the average rating of my bot majorly, which then affects user confidence, please get this fixed, if someone can tell me the reviews are against guidelines, surely someone can remove them?

Well the difference is, Top.gg is a much larger bot list and has higher guidelines and requirements, whilst X generic botlist has low standards and is just thankful you’re bot is there
Either follow Top.gg’s guidelines or don’t submit your bot
