As said, a bot saying "you can now vote!" is not an accurate factor, cricket bot for example is known to for example forget vote rewards as I have noticed several times here, indicating that their webhook might not be setup properly
When Top.gg states that they have already voted within 12 hours, that time is accurate
They should try voting in 1-2 hours, as about 12-13 hours doesn't sound promising when they're unsure of last having voted

Once a user votes on a bot, Top.gg sends a webhook to the corresponding bot (if set).
Some bots might handle it this way:
- get webhook request, start timer for being able to re-vote
- use vote command, if has voted, start timer

I’m having the same problem unfortunately with the Karuta bot, it’s saying I voted already but I usually vote for 3 separate bots in roughly just a few minutes from each other. Karuta, Epic Rpg, and Mikey, I’m gonna try and wait another hour or so though to see if it’ll work then.

- sending a message
- using a command
- using a non-vote command

My server says "This server has not been published yet." no matter what I do, and when I go into "Create Invite" I always get the following error:

I can also see you're just a volunteer, seems really common for these disc bots to use thousands of "Developers" (Community volunteers) as customer support and just sucks as you never get actual answers.
