If you actually want to understand, it's a result of faulty caching from a very long time ago. When the site was being built the cached data was being stored in memory which works fine for small sites but starts becoming a problem as you load balance requests across multiple servers which causes the problem you're talking about where every refresh gets you different data because each server has its own cache instead of sharing a central one (like redis).
We've fixed some of this behavior in the past but there's still old caching logic for parts of the site we haven't moved outside the process 🙂

Bots that only have one feature get approved every day. In some cases, the simpler and more specialized your bot is, the less there is to go wrong and the higher the chances are of you getting approved.

But try and come up with something new and original if you want to stand out. 99% of bots are music bots or multipurpose moderation bots.
