Nothing can be done about that at the moment, the top.gg team is quite limited and they have more bots than bot reviewers by approximately 29 bots to the reviewer.
This makes reviewing bots slower, as the reviewers have to manually go through the bots 1 by 1.
And all the while they are doing this, there are people out there asking when their bot will be approved, and they have to keep saying 'check the pins'.
