The reason your bot was declined was because It was not able to join their test server. How do you want the bot reviewers to test it? -- They have a huge list of bots to go thru, if they need to DM the bot owners every-time, trust me nobody would want to work here. Real pain in the ass and waste of time due to the large queue they have, increasing everyday
