It is, if it was adding the bot it would say it differently. It would say how many server it is used in, the perms it needs etc. If I try login to top.gg it shows the same thing just in English

The server count on the bot invite page only appears with certain specific permissions (notably, permissions=0). It doesn't appear if you have some permissions checked.
