You'll have to resolve that issue and then resubmit your bot, it'll go through queue again. Note that bots are always invited with permissions=0 so ideally if you want to test it in real situations, you can create an alt account, make a server, invite your bot with no permissions, and ensure it works in that way. The fact that the help command didn't respond though, that's a pretty bad sign.
