You generally need to respect that they're Moderating a around 100k Discord Server, they have a life outside of Discord etc. The amount of people that they get DMs from are probably huge and your DM just gets drowned Inbetween that

to something like submitting a request for re-reviewal with a reason
having to sit and watch general chat to tell the mod to look at dms is not something that should happen, and isn't a fault of either party but the system of having to dm them in the first place
