I have a bot that I'm working on where users count letters of the alphabet in order (sounds weird ik lol, but a lot of ppl seem to like it).
I want to make a command to manually change the current score (only for me to use if it's needed), which would mean running abc!setCount [serverID] [new count], and to avoid confusion I'd want the bot to send a message in the channel to announce the count has been changed. Is sending a message like that allowed?
Bearing in mind it would only be a command run by me, and only if asked by a server member, but I could run it even without being in the server which is why I'm not sure
if not I'll just make it without the message, and warn ppl I've changed the count by messaging them, it's not a major issue
