you can do this in the developer portal, you need to copy the commands id can do this when youre typing the command by clicking the small popup above the chat when it appears, then in the general information tab of the bots application you can use it in this format <commandName:commandID>

Bots can be declined because of this

Your bot tries to generate a server invite. Even if this is locked behind owner-only, it's considered a privacy breach as it creates an invite of any server without that server's consent. Remove this command/feature entirely before resubmitting.
