When things are resolved (or at the very least improved) we may release a Post-Mortem, but not confirmed at all. I'm working on attempting to improve our communication with all of you in order to make sure things are clear and documented when it comes to our problems and our potential solutions for things. Unfortunately I do not have a timeline for when things will improve however as I do have a lot of things on my plate.

I will say however, recently we pushed an update which has significantly lowered our downtime per day. Hopefully in our next updates, we can continue to make things better for everyone.
