Alright so after I crafted a new nebula blaze they are both showing 262 magic damage however the demonic one is still 3 off so maybe it’s the demonic reforge?

I think we got an answer, someone I was talking with in Reddit has said there’s a small decimal difference in the coding for reforging between mobile and PC, mobile having the slightly greater decimal. Therefore on PC it rounds it to 149 when it was reforged and nothing equipped and 150 for mobile. And you add a 50-60% increase in magic damage and you can have a value that’s +3 larger due the that decimal now being multiplied by 50-60%. The Reddit dude said we can confirm it’s the reforge code because both damage values showed consistent on the regular nebula Blaze that was not reforged, and it still was consistent as long as both accounts either had all accessories or none at all.

Now the real question is this a bug worth reporting?

It is 100% impossible. Turtle armor is not dropped, found, or sold. It is only crafted from materials in hardmode. There are only 4 possibilities for this.

1. You're lying.
2. You missread what the item was.
3. You cheated it in, and forgot you left it there.
4. A friend left it there.

There's no bug that would cause this. It's simply not in the code for chests. It's literally impossible. Someone would have had to place it there.

Wires aren't visible, you can't use actuators, you effectively can't mine the tiles, and you can't break the altar.
