i'll take this one. Shoot em' up/bullet-hell game called Touhou has a character called Koishi, who is commonly associated with fried shrimp, phones, and stabbing people. Touhou is most famous for its music and is deeply rooted in Japanese internet meme culture. It has been a staple on the Japanese platform equivalent to YouTube, called NicoNico for years.
