my 1st attempt to make coral reef for arena, I relly should try get more vegetation but sadly those long kelps grow only underground level and I didnt want to use TEdit ofr that, also i didnt had any strange plants nor kelp. Worst part is lightning bc underwater in terraria is SO DAMN DARK, you probably can figure out where i put echo coated spark walls.
Also as arena you could notice the heart lanterns, star in bottle and campfire.

cultists have an "area" vertically, but not horizontally, around the dungeon spawn that they can spawn on. you can see the dungeon's spawn on TEdit, but you can probably just look at online examples of people decorating the dungeon/cultist worship area and make it party themed

Upon close inspection, I’m pretty sure they hand drew it irl, set the picture to have multiplied colors as a layer, (the whiter/brighter a color, the more transparent it is. Good for shading and line art layers) and then colored it in digitally. Not sure if the water color background was painted irl or digitally tho.
