what is it with people coming in here and immediately requesting some randomass super complicated mod to be made
ultrakill modders aren't your personal slave workers and they won't make anything you request unless you pay them or they personally also want to make it
because contrary to popular belief we aren't fatass redditors sitting at their computers making mods 24/7
a lot of us have jobs and lives and shit
90% of mods are passion projects

You also have to run the game,close it and run it then it'll work after enable

I think you have to do it through the files since the mod is very outdated, im not sure what files you have to edit though (the ultratweaker files not ultrakills)

craven from purgatorio could probably do well with jackhammer resistance, if you get grappled you can just pull out the jackhammer and blow their head clean off before they get a chance to react
altho it takes a second to ready the jackhammer so it might be biased by the fact that i keep using the jackhammer and so am more likely to have it readied when i get yanked toward them

it's basically just adding or removing stuff when a specific scene loads
there are classes for each level in BillionNemesis.LevelPatches where it messes with th e levels and stuff
and the patches get called from BillionNemesis.LevelPatching
also you'd need to use unity explorer to actually know where objects are in the scene hierarchy and all that

my personal method is to make a prefix patch for SubmitLevelScore and SubmitCybergrindScore in LeaderboardController which returns false so that the functions dont actually run

like p-rank times that are kind of unfair to players who cant do the ultra-testicle destroying jackhammer railgun ricochet 9000 which obliterates every enemy in the arena's asshole in 0.2 seconds (this is an obvious exaggeration but still i feel like custom level creator's expect too much of the every player)

two most egregious examples I have are A Better Tomorrow and Elegance of Hell Itself
even like really short levels like beneath cyberia have egregious p-rank times
yea i tried p-ranking elegance and as soon as i got to the root boss i get an A in time
like im trying to kill the enemies as fast as i can
beneath cyberia time requirement is just hella strict
i did 2 or 3 runs or something and was well in the A rank and gave up
@merry talon is aware of the issue and already said the time limit will be increased slightly.
It is possible even now though. I might not be the best skill nominator though, I might think myself lowskilled, but I did P-rank reprises...
i actually have trouble with the reprises
alot of other levels actually have fun p-ranks though
i really liked machination, and the prelude and limbo levels for tsta
ive already submitted an update that'll loosen the p-rank time by 45 seconds
still may not be enough though........

the lust tsta level tho is kinda weird because you already get an S in kills even if you dont take out those last 2 mindflayers
oh it also loosens the style requirement
and if you do try to take out those last 2 mindflayers you'll end up with an ASS
who doesn't? I might like the levels now but I still say there age way too many idols
(fortunately 2-R was promised to have less)
so i hope Sandeater bumps the p-rank timer up for the lust level and in return makes killing those last 2 mindflayers a requirement

Since there are mods that has chance to make every door 8-3. It could be cool if there was a mod that has a 5% (can be changed) to make every exit the fake exit from 8-1. (also an option to stop the timer). and once you enter a door or smth you get to the real exit and then beat the level.
There's a couple of mods for that, but each of them has their downsides.
One of them gives you a chance to go to disintegration Loop from any door but has this annoying loading animation. Another one doesn't have this problem but only works for specific doors.

Personally i prefer to install mods manually from the website, especially since there is more information on the website. Also you learn where to put the files by yourself
I used to exclusively install mods manually too and would constantly tell people it's better. But I also thought r2mm and tmm were the same.
When I realized r2mm was open source and not some bloated overwolf garbage, I tried it out
And now I can't go back to manual
... However, I do think mod managers lead to people being really stupid about how they use mods
And also not reading descriptions
... Or upload dates...
And they don't know where their mod configs are
So I kinda encourage people to at least learn the manual method even if they use a mod manager
technical people always tell people to do things the technical way but not everyone cares... not having to do it manually is just elegance

I havenβt been able to make it work but is UltraTweaker like depreciated or something? Because everytime I try to install it, it messes up the menu ui (canβt access PluginConfig) and other things like that. Is this a new thing or am I just installing wrong?

The pattern editor is available at https://cyber.pitr.dev/, and please don't worry about it being online. I plan to make it offline and bundled with the game after the editor will solidify.
To use your patterns in-game, drop them into the CyberGrind/Patterns folder in your game's install directory.

like, if i put 4 hideous tiles in a 2x2 square, does that mean a hideous mass will spawn in the center of that square or on any of those squares
