If you had some kind of role attached to it, you still have it (just like me). You just have to not leave (or y'know, ask to add them back manually).

Is the leveling reset disabled right now?
You'll need to check in the server's settings through the dashboard.
I have already done that, tried to reset it today and it is saying the command is disabled, but on the dashboard all Lvling sytems are on.
May you send a screenshot of when you're executing the command? Is it even appearing in the command list?
It appears on the list to say I can initiate it but when I do it says its disabled, I did it last week just fine and have not messed with any of the settings.
There is a slight difference between the leveling system and the command that allows you to reset the XP.
Go to Moderation tab, scroll all the way down and you should find the reset command
And make sure it is enabled.

communication is crucial during crisis, even 1 word would be extremely helpful. there are server admins here who are worried about their bot permissions being used for things beyond their control, and staying silent is only growing that worry.

I have an issue in one of my servers. So we have 2 ranks/Levels and i asked for staff to remove my lowest one which was 25 that was done. Then i typed to test it out if that would fix the problem but it did not it just gave me back the level 25 and all of our xp goes to that and not the highest level.

Hello, I am an administrator of a server that sadly got affected by the leveling issue, with our levels getting reset multiple times in the past week or so. Thankfully, it's not resetting anymore, but our levels were never restored. With 4k members, it would be tedious to try restoring it all ourselves.

Hi, I'm aware of the overall situation... so the text exp were restored, but what about the voice exp? On my server voice exp still haven't returned, and I'd like to know if it can be restored, or if I have to wait a little longer. Losing years of levels would be a shame :/
you can always do a setxp voice but it would be harder for servers with high members quantity

make sure dev mode is on and right click the server to copy sever ID

- Deauthorise ProBot from your account on discord (Settings -> Connected Apps -> ProBot -> Deauthorise)
- Clear your cache on your browser (Depends on your browser but usually Settings -> "Delete site data and cache")

In simplified terms endpoints are what your dashboard sends requests to so that when you press save or try to load some data, ProBot can actually do that. One of these endpoints allows sending messages in servers for that embed builder feature. An oversight in that endpoint allowed users to send messages who should not have been allowed to. What has not been confirmed by higher ups is if that exploit was only affecting that endpoint or the entire dashboard backend

Hacking and exploiting are related but different. Provided this information is accurate, what would have happened is:
- A user figured out how to send requests without proper permission checks in place
- The @stone cloud bot itself, nor their database or physical servers have been compromised
- The scope in this case would be limited to being allowed to perform actions that only specific users should be able to perform

i get it’s embarrassing losing everyones levels but i feel like even if things aren’t directly your fault (amazon crash) people should still own up to it. The status still says that everything is resolved even though its clearly not
