Are you only using ProBot for leveling? If that is the case, you do not need to give ProBot permission to perform any sensitive actions in your server. Leveling bots don't need to be allowed to do anything more than read and send messages in user-accessible channels (at MOST, they need manage roles to assign roles as "leveling rewards". and then, make sure the bot's highest role is NOT ABOVE any sensitive roles that it could potentially assign, like a staff role). They don't need to be able to delete stuff, moderate members, access private channels, none of that.

The official statement about probot pinging everyone 10 times in an apparent breach was taken down fast with no further notice. The xp wipe communication was rather bizarre as well. System is seemingly currently down with no word about that either. Now obviously support agents arent to blame and I wouldn't know what's going on internally but I am personally bewildered at what could possibly be going on behind the scenes with this.
