UPDATE: we have stopped the bot to continue the previous maintenance, today we had a discussion with the team who handles our database servers and they are now applying changes to ensure future stability. hope it doesn't take long.
UPDATE: we had issues with our database, when we stopped one node to replace it the load went to the other nodes and it couldn’t handle it, We failed to restore the services, we are restoring all the data on additional nodes and we expect the bot to go back in the next 4 hours. Apologies again. We will make sure this not going to happen again in future. We will have more nodes and better ways to scale! 🙏

We are so sorry the maintenance took so much time due to a mistake that happened while we were doing the maintenance caused our database to go down. We were trying to recover and we failed due to a lot of reasons one of them is the bad support that we were getting from our cloud provider. We are taking measures to prevent this from ever happening again. As an apology, we have given all of our current subscribers a month free. 
We are resharding the bot, to make it accept more servers, coming back in hours :)

There was an issue with our provider firewall, it is blocking our database buckets which is weird and causing latency issues/ offline issues. They haven't reply to us so we don't have a choice but to leave them. We have got another temporary servers from another provider and will try to keep the bot up as we can. Until we decide where to settle.
