There was critical issue with shards which we could not have foreseen, issues happen sometime
We have already fixed it but the issue also caused Discord to impose retelimits on us, which significantly increases the time for the bot to come back online on all of the servers.

We don’t force people to get premium, this is just an option you can use if you don't want to wait until a free bot is online on your server

As administrators of well-established and high-traffic servers, we rely on ProBot as a foundational infrastructure tool for moderation, onboarding, automation, and community engagement. Its prolonged downtime has left our operations severely impaired.

To be clear, this is not a minor inconvenience. The absence of core functionality for many days now —such as role assignments, welcome protocols, logging, moderation tools, and custom commands—has disrupted workflows that have been carefully refined over months, if not years. Community morale has declined, new member retention has dropped, and server security has become harder to maintain in real time.

While we understand that technical outages are, at times, unavoidable, the lack of a timely fix from your side is unacceptable. Very little information, and no timeline for resolution has been offered. This silence has left server administrators such as myself with no clarity, no reassurance, and no guidance to offer our user base.

As a result, we have begun actively exploring alternative solutions to fill the operational gap ProBot has left—despite our previous loyalty to your service. We are not alone in this regard. The trust your product once held within our communities has been significantly eroded due to this.

Therefore, we formally request the following:

A projected timeline or date for service restoration, with any relevant mitigating steps we can take in the meantime.

A roadmap for future support and improvements to prevent critical outages like this again.

We would prefer to continue using ProBot and remain part of its ecosystem. However, the current situation is untenable. Should these issues continue without appropriate and timely action, we will have no choice but find more reliable alternatives.

So I understand that these updates can be annoying and that repoing all the servers takes a long time, but it's been a week and I would really like at least some kind of timeline.

Keeping people in the dark isn't fair or necessary, I don't wanna switch bots because this bot works amazing. But the lack of updates or even timeline makes it impossible to guess whats happening.

My mods and I are trying to keep our server running properly manually but we do depend on our bots to do some of that work automatically.

If it's gonna take days sure we'll wait. But if this is gonna take weeks or months we should at least be told so we can get some kind of temporary replacement going.

Our staff team uses ProBot for a number of embeds, and it's been down for well over a week now. This has put us severely behind in our staff work, our server maintenance is running concerningly behind, and it's causing a number of issues in the general functioning of our server all together.

I also use ProBot in a personal server of mine, which has info that has to be updated within embeds on a daily basis. Due to the dashboard being entirely inoperable, I have not been able to do so.

• We are currently having issues with our bot. It is, to be real, more than a month since the bot is offline, and we know it. Developers have been notified multiple times about it for a fix and we are still waiting for a proper implementation of the fixes.
  • We do recommend purchasing Premium tier 1 / Prime to be able to continue using the bot, but we do not advice you to do so as there have also been reports about it being offline in servers too.

Confirmed bot is present with full permissions

Role hierarchy is correct

Channel permissions allow messages

Tried commands like !help with no response

No other bots are blocking it

The bot shows as "offline" only in my server. I’d appreciate your help in resolving this.

Do the bot ist online on your server? If yes and you have enabled the picture on the welcome message try to disable the picture. Often it dont work with pictures.
