for tests the best revision is ‘active learning’, which is essentially doing anything but reading. You can make Flashcards that you can review but the best thing to do imo is practice papers (of the same exam board that you are doing). You should do the papers with no assistance, timed if you want, and then check the answers after and write corrections, and then note which topics you struggle with for future reference

revising with friends is also useful

I just did my yr 10 summer exams, a lot of what you do is reliant on your work and revision up to the exam, so pay attention in class and it won’t be that bad

You don't need to understand everything at this level, but starting to hear all the words seperately even if you don't understand them is good, to just get an ear for it. And if you understand some parts, even better. There are a1 and a2 graded texts and audios online, though, for when you want to do more than get an ear for it
