yes and no. Duolingo is free but if you want access to all the features you have to pay. Airlearn again is free but there are extra features that can be accessed through a subscription. Rosetta stone I think is like a trial/tester period and then you would have to pay to access the rest. Duolingo and airlearn offer free trials for their paid features. I have done multiple trials of duolingo super, you can get deals through things like student discount apps etc for getting free access. The only free way I have seen for rosetta stone is in the UK if you're in the armed forces you get it for free, however, there are certain youtubers like matt and julia who do a creators discount for rosetta stone

But airlearn and duolingo you can use most of the app for free, you just may have to deal with ads
