I have been using duolingo for like 10 days now learning german and I noticed that they dont focus on grammer at all it’s mainly for learning new words and stuff like that so is there a way to solve that ?

Not really, sadly. It's been quite a while since I was a beginner and I didn't use any specific resources at the time anyway - it was just a patchwork of differing textbooks and grammar references, paired up with looking up the individual points. I learned most of my grammar by consuming German content, and later, by going through a comprehensive textbook for advanced learners.
My recommendation would be to check out a few resources until you find what works for you - sticking to it is more important than it being the perfect resource.

Textbooks are a good first choice and my personal recommendation would be Grammatik Aktiv because it's to the point and isn't filled with fluff like most beginner textbooks - but that might not be your thing.
Something like Nico's Weg might also be interesting, but I'm not familiar with what exactly it teaches. I think it does teach grammar.
You can also check out the resource list here, although I'm not sure what it recommends in terms of grammar

+1 for Nico's Weg. I think it's solid for a free resource and it goes up to B1 for the story. After that there are other resources from DW.

There is vocab, grammar and exercises.

I'm also using duolingo at the moment as my main because the way I was using Nico's weg was time consuming and I had other priorities, but I'm planning on starting again soon albeit at a slower pace.
One problem with duolingo I think is that nouns don't always come with their articles in certain exercises, for example in word matching.

I also have Grammatik Aktiv, it felt solid but it has to be as an accessory to a core program like nicos weg or a textbook that covers all aspects (vocab, grammar, etc).

It's a bit like learning a language using a dictionary. You'll learn something, but not necessarily how to use it.

If you're a beginner, you will encounter a lot of words you don't know, which will detract you from actually working on grammar. Another thing is that it is organised in grammatical themes, which makes sense as a reference book but not as a sole learning tool.

I see a couple of ways to use it:
1 - Alongside a core program, which should introduce grammar in a way that makes sense for a beginner, building on top of each other to progress. Use GA to study the grammar that you studied in the core program.
2 - After finishing A1 or A2 of a core program and go over all the different grammar points for those levels.

Learning grammar on its own has always felt incredibly abstract and limited to me, which is why I learn by consuming content and use textbooks as a supplemental material (on the other extreme, you could try figuring out everything else on your own, but this would take an insanely long time and it's likely you won't understand everything or get it right. Having a structured plan and a formal reference is a nice middle path)
