depends if u have 4th node or not, BT changes, pre 4th row node, its like a 90s timed burst form where u need to fit in a certain amount of bloody rushes, after 4th node, it becomes more like punisher slayer, 1 building rotation -> form -> dmg skills -> form cancel

BT not anything like pred, either pre or post 4th node, only mayhem is "similar"

1580-1620 is considered dead zone, mostly 1600-1620, you just have to hone, hoever you can. enlightenment is from character lvl(up to 20 points), rest is jewellery and enlightenment potions which are collectable type item from side content

for skill potions type skill into the codex and it gives you what you missing

You don't have the correct type of gold. To craft tradeable items (including Oreha), you need to pay the crafting cost with Unbound gold. The alternative way to craft Orehas with Bound gold is to unlock the farm at Stronghold level 10 and craft bound Orehas with the farm materials.

spheres spawn = destroy sphere and then run to boss and stagger, with your body in between where you destroyed sphere and boss

Powerpass is a paid skip, it finished the story up to the continent of the pass' name and gives you gear relative to that continent's item level. We get one for free every now and then, like 3x a year

If you are going to go from 0 and don't want to skip any kind of story because you like to read it all and watch all cutscenes and go slow etc etc don't use it

sooner or later you will hit some walls tho, and around those first walls there is no one to play with, as basically everyone uses the pass (or at least 99% of the people)
