A new system for users who lose connection through a verified crash or server outage will allow users to receive re-entry access.
This will be handled via the game and can take up to a day to send a ticket for the reentry ticket. (This was probably the big backend change)

Changes to the Express event are coming this Thursday.
You will be allowed to change your express character to a new character(one time only)

Restrictions:

• Must not have used honing benefit on T1/T2 pieces (T3 honing not effected)
• New character must be under 1100 item level
• Claimed rewards will not reappear (no duplicate rewards)

The engraving bundles will also be updated to contain missing engraving books.
Express rewards are character bound so hold on until the update if you're looking to swap characters.

• 2 Growth support packs 500 /1000 gives honing materials
• Umar and Shadow of Stern costume sets/Leopard pet in store
• New CAPTCHA system for bot prevention
• New store purchases have a 3 day cooldown before being relisted/traded/mailed
• Adjust damage font size
• Various bug fixes
