Is the game out yet?
Yes! Released in NA/EU on February 11, 2022. The game is also out in South Korea, Russia and Japan.
How do I play the game?
The game is free to play, you can install and play Lost Ark for NA/EU via Steam.
The game was developed by Smilegate and published in the North American and European region by Amazon Games.
How can I see more text channels, class channels, region channels?
To access regional channels and class channels, please select roles in id:customize.
If you think some channels are missing, right click server icon and click 'Show All Channels' or select them in id:browse.
How do I get notified for Lost Ark related news or announcements?
Grab the Updates role from id:customize to get a ping notification for major news in #announcements channel.
You can also keep watch for official information from Amazon Games via #official-updates and #official-media.

What content is cross server and server specific?
Cross server (same region): Raids, Dungeons, Ebony Cube, Chaos Gates, Auction house, Friends List, Character name, PVP arenas, Strongholds, Adventure Islands, Primal Island.
Server Specific: Guilds, Islands, Open world, Life skills (professions).
Nothing is Cross Region.
What is Trusted Status?
Amazon changed how trusted status is obtained, the old way is "You need steam trusted / non limited and enabling 2fa on steam guard app", it's now an in-house system not reliant on steam. All the info they have given us on how to get it is "Play the game and you get it eventually".

Can I change my class later?
No, you must create a new character.
When will we get new classes or raids?
We are a few months behind the South Korean servers. The Amazon Games version of Lost Ark releases major updates to the game every month.
Keep an eye out on road map announcements to see when future content will release.
What is a powerpass?
Powerpasses are boosts that are applied to a character to help skip through certain content/gear. You can purchase powerpasses with RC (real money) or wait for Event Powerpasses that are handed out for free. Powerpass will complete story content up to a certain point and provide you with gear and iLevel for that content.
