To repair Easy Anti-Cheat:

Double check you’re using the same file path as listed in the error above. Maybe restarting after you delete will work. I’ve seen this issue countless times and deleting that file has always worked.

you need to aim for the Frontal Attack indicator side for the counter attacks
and that applies to all counters you'll be doing
just fyi you can customize the indicator color, for better visibility by your preference
you should be seeing something like this with both indicators on. mine is on Type 3. one with the arrow pointing outwards is the front.

He is currently shard bottlenecked on honing (I would guess 2-3 weeks minimum of natural play to get enough shards). Im not sure if I should just drop the pally and make another pally on ignite, make that my new main, and just have another alt pally in my roster

People forget that not because an item is sent to universal storage means anyone in the roster can get it, personal items (char bound) can also be sent to universal storage and no other character can pick them up, they can't even see their universal storage coz it doesn't have any items for them, only the char with the items bound to it can
So, even if all the ignite item rewards are sent to univ.storage it doesn't mean jack

Valtan, while being the actual easiest of them all, is very difficult to get the grasp on early due to that, you probably won't have issues with kayangel and Brel, so go after them, watch a guide if you want
Also, just so we know you're good to go, you actually read your class guide right? Aka have the right skills, tripods, engravings etc
