Trade skill xp is the same across the board. Higher level nodes have a higher chance to provide higher rarity mats. Tier 3 areas, punika onwards, provide the most mats in general.
If you're trying to level up very fast, you can assign every node at the sh farm and collect every day for fast bursts of xp

uhh Max lvl right now is 60. In T4 they get updated to 70.. as for the skills themselves, I haven't really kept up with specifics, but I do know that majority of the minigames get update, some skills are buffed, some are nerfed, etc.

The big takeaway for T4 life skilling is that all 6 life skills can now craft Oreha materials

To be fair the true future for Lost Ark is Solo Mode 2.0 which makes it possible to enter with a dynamic amount of player.
Keep the newest stuff to the normal 8man raids but things below make it possible to enter with something between 1-7 players and adjust the mechs for it. Kinda already is that way if you take a closer look to the solo mode changes.

if you use notexturestreaming you have to wait in the server select screen for the game to fully load all textures, etc. if you try to join befor that you take to long to login to the charakter select screen and EAC doesn't connect/times out and throws you out.
