Not really, no. Progression goes pretty quick, also with you being newer you should soon be able to use the free Elgacia Power Pass that is currently available. That will bring a single character up to 1460 ilvl

2- stone, accessories and books, or, if you have the current "Mokoko Express" event, you get them for free until the event is over, AND we will get them permanently for free next month
3- equip and you get them, nothing weird, for the mokoko express you open P and click your books (under weapon) and from there you enable event engraves

for the mokoko event you need 1460 item level

and if you already have trusted status on your account, you should have obtained an elgacia powerpass, putting you instantly at 1460 ilv, so they pair together well

IF that paladin is an alt, yeah you need the things i mentioned above until july update

hey.. I used to play lost ark until shortly after brel hm was introduced on this exact same computer. Quit and uninstalled. With the rumors of solo mode I thought of giving it another shot. I reinstalled it and messed around a bit with story and chaos dungeons.

Event though I played lost ark on this very exact same computer and had no issues with lag or stuttering, this is now omnipresent and very annoying. I tried reducing its gfx settings to the lowest but it made no difference. Did lost ark become way more demanding or is it related to the steam launch settings or something? I remember there was some commands there in the past. Any idea?

A Powerpass is Lost Ark’s version of a “level boost” or other paid/premium boost in other games. It’ll generally have a title such as Elgacia Powerpass or similar. Elgacia is one of the areas in the game. Each area in the game is linked to both story and gear progression, as each new area requires a certain item level to enter. Once used, a Powerpass will grant you all quest completion through that specified area along with items such as mounts you would’ve gotten as story quest rewards and a full set of gear relevant to that area.

If you're a newer player generally yes, pushing alts requires investment on your part and the resources you put towards it can take away from your main. It is typically best to get an established main character progressed up to at least 1600+ ilvl and that be your primary focus. Alts can come later if you want them.
