To maybe add some additional context; think about it like how you did story continents before actually "entering" into the Tier. Such as before with Yorn, that was once the first T2 continent but you did not get T2 ilvls until after you cleared the story and did the first Yorn Chaos Dungeon. The same with Punika, it is the first T3 continent and you had to clear its story before actually being able to acquire the T3 gear for T3 ilvl progression.

yeah, for sure. the main thing I'm trying to figure out though is whether my burst is good rather than whether I'm getting it often enough. that part is easy to solve (just hit and alternate damage types)

its still active, but brand new accounts dont get it right away. I believe it has something to do with AGS's bot prevention measure / trusted account stuff

theyre all doing the story voluntarily, but they're all still on the first continent and got it. I don't think there are any published specifics on what you have to do to get it, just be playing enough that AGS's automated systems can guess that you're not a bot 🙂

you can see all the rapport rewards with alt-N (or adventure->rapport in the menu), but in thirain's case he gives you a card at trusted and some cosmetic stuff at affection
