The servers have recently merged. This has moved around some items, but they are not lost.
Step 1. Reclaim your characters from the Universal Storage on the character select screen.
Step 2. Login and claim your cards on the Universal Storage tab on the card menu using ALT+C.
Step 3. Reclaim your roster storage by using ESC and opening Universal Storage.
Step 4. Re-equip your cards as they were reset and must be re-equipped.

You are all good to go!

since u cant fully see both 12 and 6

so 3 x 9 12, then u know 2nd one was 6

or sometimes its like inner cardinals and then its kinda hard to see all but still enough to OoE
