I know that pretty much every character in the game is viable, but are there certain characters that struggle more with endgame stuff than others? Currently debating between using the event boost on either my artillerist (FE) or glaivier (Pinnacle). Like, is it hard to keep up the meter for weapon swapping on glaivier, ect?

For your question about Glavier's identity gauge: it's extremely easy to keep up your meter. Also, if you're struggling, there's tripods to give you even more identity gauge per skill, but you typically take some of those off once you've gotten the hang of it.

The item rewards like battle items, shards, silver, etc. aren't much.

However, starting in Feiton or Punika, they do start getting good / sizable silver and XP. You don't get XP awarded from skipped quests.

So I'd suggest skipping up to either Feiton or Punika, then manual from there if you want extra silver and XP. The skipped items can be gotten easily anyway from chaos dungeons or crafting.

IIRC, if you put all the XP rewards from quests from Feiton, Punika, and South Vern together, thats probably enough XP for 2 character levels. But if you want to minimize the tedium, then skip Feiton (use Feiton powerpass) and start doing Punika.

The main cheese you can do is getting 1415 cheap by pushing 2 armor pieces to +17 and leaving rest at +12.

There aren't any bad classes.

Wardancer is just one of the classes that doesn't shine until end game.

A lot of classes have a linear progression, they just get better over time as you go up tiers/gearscore.
Wardancer feels kinda meh, until everything aligns and the jump in power is very noticeable

Switch to alt 2 to do same Feiton dailies including sentinel like 5 - 10 mins later. When I get there, I see the SAME people standing around. So thats when I tap the sentinel to "shake the tree" or so to speak. Suddenly these AFK people start responding.

Actually, I'm doing them a service. There's a few aggro mobs right by sentinel that could kill them if the players are full AFK when other players come in and do sentinel daily and aggro the mobs when running around trying to toss firefly

so if I make these AFK people leave or go AFK elsewhere, they don't get killed

sometimes people need to go further in to find the sentinel and aggro the fat monsters and then pull them towards the safe areas
