I’m in a bit of a difficult situation. I was hiring a UGC modeler to create a shoulder pal and received over 100 DMs. I responded to all of them so I could evaluate who would be the best fit. However, around 6 people started working on the UGC without me explicitly asking them to begin or agreeing on terms like a starting fee or the 30/70 split.

Now I’m worried that if I choose one creator in the end, the others might accuse me of wasting their time, even though I never instructed anyone to start working. I only intended to review candidates first before committing to anyone.

how else do you determine if something is AI? for images and text you can use an AI detector which are frequently inaccurate, especially for code... the best way to identify AI right now is to find inconsistencies and inaccuracies in things like videos, the same principle applies to code, where AI generated code commonly adds unnecessary and over explained comments or uses the same practices in formatting, styling or conventions

so if you were making a scam report on somebody giving you AI code, you would need to prove "that is something a human wouldn't do"
