No, everything here has a process here. Department Leaders, Managment, Seniors and Full ARs - all obtain skill roles through applicaions only. I can give roles to other people at my discretion but it is "extremely rare" and reserved for special cases.

Hey So I got a Scripter who clearly said they will be able to script our game when we hired them.
After more than 1 week of time though, he wrote today that he can't do it and quit.
Now he didn't accept pay buy still he wasted so much time. Our launch was supposed to be on New Years and now we can't do that because of his delaying. And he kept saying he was working when it turns out he didn't do anything just wasted time.

If the person is proven guilty, they get punished and they get put on the HiddenDevs Scamlogs
So if you enter a Discord ID and a result shows up, it means the user has violated one of the scam rules in #scam-prevention
