You got your skill role back in 2022 when the application was approved and later the application was declined. But you prepared a '3D Modeler' marketplace post before the application getting declined in 2023/ 2024 and it was added to marketplace posts that get auto-approved. So, the Bot never checked whether or not you still had the 3D Modeler skill role but since your post was same all this time and ready, it always got auto-approved when you submitted a post. Now that you decided to make change(s) to your post, it detected that you don't have a 3D Modeler skill role and perhaps that's why it didn't let you edit the post or make a new post for the 3D Modeler category. At least, I think this is what is happening in your case...
