What you need to realize is that all staffs are volunteers who have a life off of discord.
No one sits & waits for an app to read it immediately.
It gets reviewed once someone is available.
The standard turnover is 48 hrs, however that can vary more/less depending on the availability of staffs.

The general rule is at least 12 hours between each repost, but of course I would recommend keeping the time periods between your reposts spaced out so that the channel isn't overwhelmed, especially if the category doesn't have many posts in there.

It happens that a post is accepted and later on denied. Sometimes things are not noticed, other times they are. All you need had to do was kindly ask why it was denied, hear the explanation and make the necessary changes.. or you could continue this back and forth without reposting your job
