Every time you repost a staff member will review your post and any links provided, after it gets approved 3+ times consecutively an MP might submit it for auto approval, if a Senior approves it for auto approval every time you repost it will automatically get approved.
If you repost and it isn't in auto approval, it could take 1-12 hours to get approved
If you want to know the position your post is in the approval queue, you can use the /queue command

It does! The owner has to do /interest to check his requests, however, usually dming the creator is faster.
