In terms of scam investigation, we have numerous tickets coming in day in, day out, so it's not as simple as requesting "simple files", given that not all people respond to us when we ask them for evidence, and other factors, it is not as simple as you might think. Along with this, we do require 3 main peices of evidence, as your scam ticket handle may have asked for, which are your original deal, both people agreeing to the deal, and the deal bing broken. Without these 3 peices of evidence, the suspect may not be banned, If you can find these 3 peices of evidence, make another ticket, and if you still doubt your response contact a Senior Scam Investigator. In terms of it taking time, we do have about a 5-7 day delay before getting to a ticket due to large amount of reports given to us. We must do this in order to avoid bias. I hope you understand. 🙂
