Xbox players if youâre having issues with random lag/frame drop like the video below. The workaround I found was exiting the game completely and launching it again.
Support will say itâs WiFi/modem issue but thereâs literally no signs of packet loss/ping issues before the issue. It feels almost exactly like getting lag switched in COD back in the day, but I am the only one effected on the team. Comms work for teammates, they cannot hear me but I can hear them like thereâs no issues.

So my game is crashing on every launch, it will not even go into menu. I've uninstalled the game and even tried the free version on Epic launcher and it is crashing the same regardless. I've done a driver update, so everything is up-to-date and the problem continues to persist. Installed on seperate drives as well to test if it was a harddrive issue and still the same issue. Starting to lose hope on a game that I've put way too many hours into to really bother with it but seeing if there is any help on this end.

I have a general question. Why doesnât PUBG for console first release a next gen version, work with content creators to grow, donât make ranked PUBG plus to play as other games just needing to reach a level to play ranked. In general remove AI as it can be getting boring not having a challenge. If they do this they could make the game get more players.
And also have a full on tournament section that requires PUBG plus and players as they progress through can get higher rewards and whoever wins it gets it all
But the people who get 2nd to 5th or something still get stuff for getting top 20 or 10

Thatâs multiple questions, console is the minority playerbase wise. They do have specific creators they have pop in for events, wackyjacky just had his day in the sun this summer. Ranked is behind a pay wall cause the game was 30 dollars before 2022. Bots fill queues as this game has lost a lot of the playerbase.

Usually means its connection to the server is borked. Try restarting lobby, then check your network connection.

My lobby character is blurry. This issue started last week after I changed the **resolution **and render scale [ in game settings] . I encountered several other problems at the same time, but I was able to fix most of them by editing the file located at C:\Users\AppData\Local\TslGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\GameUserSettings. Now, the game is mostly stable, but my character still appears blurry when I first enter the lobby. After playing a few matches, the issue usually resolves itself. I was hoping the December 4th update would fix this problem, but unfortunately, it didnât.

Now I'm unable to adjust game settings without causing further issues. and it's not a GPU driver issue. I've already tried updating, reinstalling, and reverting to previous stable versions of my GPU drivers, but the problem remains.

Running the game as administrator may also help in that case.

Thank you for replying, I did all of the attempts of fixing which i got in may this year. Everyday it comes back. I can play once after many attempts of verifying game files. But once i close the game, I get the same error over and over. It's like playing russian roulette. Some days I give up after retrying more than 5 times to verify game files. clean reinstall attempt was made at the first and second day, round about 21 st Nov.

I've heard that running the 'TslGame.exe' (within the game files) as administrator can fix the issue for some people.

Running as administrator didn't fix it, 3 times trying to verify the game files helped this time. Although nothing was found while verifying it. All files are correct, everytime I#m verifying them...

If you're using Windows 11, go to Windows Security > Device Security > Core Isolation > turn off Memory Integrity and Memory Access Protection, then try running it.
You also need to restart your PC after making the changes.
i really like sanhok destruction but the problem is the constant stutter. I tried lowering affinity for other pubg exes (which lower the amount of stutter) but there is still some. The texture also flickers on landing.

If you have the tech knowledge, you can try more troubleshooting to check if the firewall might be blocking necessary softwares. Or if another program may be blocking the services.

are you using a custom layout or the control setup native to pubg? some of my subscribers mentioned on my stream back yesterday that it would only work if they weren't using custom control settings through steam. i use epic, and epic doesn't have any custom controller bindings or settings.
i think this was one of the soft ways cheaters were able to use controller or other 3rd party hardware and that may be why. that's my freestyle answer anyway based on my subs

Some people here have reported that it's caused by network issues - if you've got something blocked or faulty (firewall, ISP, router, etc.), and the client traffic isn't able to reach the server for the hideout info, it'll just show a blank hideout page.
Hello guys i've been playing pubg for 2 weeks and we are playing with 2 other friends and there is the issues when i am playing with one friend we have such a hard games and when he is playing with the other friend he told me its totally harder but we tought the matchmaking could be harder beacuse i have premium and lvl 170 they have 70+ also i played before for 1m but they are getting same lvls player like me and the frist friend are we just soo bad or is it some sort of the premium and the lvl problem?
Having PUBG plus does not effect sbmm. Also PUBG has loose sbmm in squads its not perfect
Higher levels you should run into other higher levels but most of the time itâs not the case
after the patch fps is terrible and gameplay feels very very stuttery with fps dropping for like 50-60 frames

I have high end pc so there is no question about any lack of pc performance

Interesting. It might be that you're in one of the regions that prohibit participation, due to it having a lottery-giveaway type component.
The following countries have banned PUBG or have made gambling illegal therefore you are not able to earn certain rewards in game or otherwise: China, Jordan, Nepal, Israel, Iraq and India.
I believe Belgium and The Netherlands are on that list too.

You can lookup your stats elsewhere like everyone else does. The medals donât have value as they havenât kept count for older accounts. I get the appeal
Its 1 of the only things that is rewarding for doing it, they never give you character skins or weapon skins or vehicle skins for dinners, all those nice rewards are behind the fight against hackers for many games ranked mode

@potent oasis Recently I was having similar issues with getting the Support chatbot to work and getting tickets filled out. Discovered that enabling cookies for pubg.com and smooch.io (the chatbot) and making sure both sites had script permissions (uBlock Origin) got it to work finally. YMMV, but since it works for Not_here, I'm guessing that it might work for you on a mobile phone / device that has different (more lax) security settings than your PC.

Thatâs how it goes. Support typically responds with âthe reason cannot be told due to security reasonsâ which never makes sense. If youâre just tryin to figure out if something in the background was messing with something in game, that response does not help the situation.

For Ryzen CPU highly recommended to use hight clock ram for stability and increase 1% and 0.1% fps values
My 3600x works with overclocked up to 3800 RAM with rtx 3060 and no lags or somethings. Avg fps around 170-200 with drops to 120-140 fps on hight poly fields of wheat on Miramar or Erangel
Forgot to say motherboard chipset is important too. For overclocking especially. Mine is b450

theory is because they made the buildings destructable, so now they dont block the FOW from players, so its rendering more things behind those broken structures, this causing more load on the computers. Other FPS have had similiar issues.

My voice chat stops working mid game, in every single match. I can speak and hear people for the first 3-4 minutes, then it just cuts off and doesn't work anymore until I start a new game. In every other game, discord, voice app, etc. the sound works perfectly. But something in PUBG is making the voice chat cut midway.

Check your "My Rewards" history to see if it logged your entry. Note that the draw resets weekly, so you can enter it once each week.

No one sent me the code it was from the widget on the official Krafton pubg esports website, the support system on the website also doesnât cover anything on this topic. When I tried to use the support system over there the bot it puts you in a chat with only has a select few topics you can select & doesnât have any options to contact a real human

Im in Korea now, but im not citizen, I from Russia and I travel to many countries, mostly asia. Why I dont have choice country for register krafton acc? Its terrible service. For registration account I need to physically return to Russia? Where is logic?
Pretty sure it's due to Korean law... Usually Koreans have to link their government ID to game accounts
You should be able to use VPN to Russia, clear cookies, then refresh the page

Go to your Steam library
Right Click on PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS and select Uninstall
A window will pop up asking for confirmation, click on Delete
Remove associated files
Press Windows Key+R
Type in %localappdata% and then press Enter or OK
Delete the folder TslGame
Note: You may have to look for the TslGame folder in the AppData\Local folder too.
Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye and delete the file BEService_pubg.exe
Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common and delete the folder PUBG
In Steam go to Settings>Downloads and click on CLEAR DOWNLOAD CACHE
Restart Steam
Reinstall PUBG

For anyone experiencing BEDaisy.sysBSOD and other BSODs with random crashes:
I had the same problem, but I found a setting on a random website that claimed to stop the BSODs. I tried it along with a few more BIOS settings. However, after making those BIOS changes, my PUBG wouldn't even load â it crashed instantly after pressing the play button. That's when I realized all the crashes and BSODs were due to my BIOS settings. I reset all my BIOS settings, and now there's no more crashing, no more BSODs â just peaceful gaming. đ just try reseting your BIOS setting

Three of the six poses feature a gun (shotgun, pistol, SMG). I believe it uses your currently equipped skin for those. But it's pretty bugged (big surprise) and doesn't always display the weapon with the pose.

The Stutters on Sanhok are because of Resizable BAR (AMD Smart Access Memory).
Turning this off is really easy on AMD GPUs.

i cannot answer the second part but you can use VPN and thatâll assign you to a different lobby. so investing is worth it. however i would suggest go for trail version of VPN and then decide
no use, the vpnâs on xbox donât actually work as intended and iâve reached out to support and they canât change my region for me and insist the games uses my geographical location to put me in the best lobbies but thatâs the same thing the game âvalorantâ does and i had to reach out to their support as well to get my region switched to Japan

Hi, we have a clan member who keeps getting temporary bans while playing with us. Today, he managed to play for 4 hours before a ban, but the day before he only managed 5-10 minutes before the ban. Its most definitely not because he's cheating (this is a person on 0.8 kpd and 149 average damage), and only plays with us so wouldn't be team mates reporting him. He hasn't had any recent hardware changes. We have noticed however, that he sometimes appears to have an AUG skin he doesn't own, and he's settings reset (i.e. auto equip is turned off, key bindings changing etc). Any ideas what could be going on? Strangely enough, he can play fine on a second account, so I don't think its hardware/software related.

Have them change their Steam password to make sure nobody else is using the account - some of what you described sounds like that might be happening. As for the temp bans, Support often keeps imposing them serially until they have the chance to investigate someone; once they complete their investigation, then they either stop the bans or impose a longer (or permanent) ban.
So much lag on xbox, every other game runs fine. Is there something wrong with the servers?

A. Theyâre only for a few people to use. So some have the ability to copy n paste it almost instantly. B. Most events codes donât work for console

So I opened Pubg and I switched from DX11 to DX12 and when I try to open my game it crashes at the loading screen where it's the small window that says Pubg: Battlegrounds. Is there any way I can switch back to DX11 without opening the game. Also I have it on pc By Steam.

Had it a few times yesterday. Never happened before. AMD R5 3600 with a 3060ti so not Intel only. Watched my VRAM after the second time. Watched it get soaked completely and crashed again.... Went back to 560.94 NV drivers and haven't had it since.

Discord glitchy. Try restarting it, or logging off & back on. (The shake seems to be caused by Discord losing your auth token or something like that.)

I have the 3070ti and have very big problems with the latest driver from Nvidia (bsod and crashes) I just got the driver from September 11, 2024. I have no problems with it. Maybe it will fix your problems too.

Iâve been experiencing some micro-stuttering in PUBG thatâs really affecting my gameplay. My FPS seems stable most of the time, but I notice small hiccups or micro-stutters, especially in intense moments. My system is as follows:
Motherboard: MSI B450 Gaming Plus
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Super
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
RAM: 16 GB
Iâve tried tweaking a few settings, but the issue still persists. Iâve seen some people mention adjustments in the BIOS, like enabling XMP for RAM or messing with certain power-saving settings. Do you think itâs worth experimenting with these settings? Or are there any specific configurations I should try either in-game or through the NVIDIA Control Panel to reduce these stutters?

is your game crashing when tabbing out?
There's a bug where if you put on the "dress slacks (brown)" the "snow angel boots" and switch your character to female, it makes your shin/ankles disappear
i recommend you guys fix this in the upcoming season maintenance
i have not tried to experiment with other clothing items
