Is anyone else on Xbox having an issue where when you try and load into a game it just sits at the loading screen and does nothing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled PUBG twitch i have hard reset my xbox and I have even restarted my interent. Nat type on my xbox is open and I am not having this issue with other games. I can watch twitch streams just fine so i know it is not my interent.

Is there any possibility to have regular players join as observer in custom games? Preferably multiple?
I want to setup a tournament with amd for friends where 2 of them want to cast each game.
I know that the host could join as observer but I would prefer to stay the host and even when I would let one of them be the host, that would still only result in one observer, not two

It just did it again. Will not let me in the pregame lobby. Loads into the initial lobby just fine but when loading into a match it just freezes. My teammate is in the game and he says he sees me but I am stuck on this
The little helmet in the corner stops flashing which is one indicator that it's not loading anymore

Has anyone else noticed a lot more stuttering when using vehicles, especially gliders lately?
Not graphically, but the vehicle just kinda rubberbanding back and forth, and not able to increase top speed enough for liftoff

My game is getting stuck on loading screens every time I try to load into a normal match, my friend is streaming and my player model appears on her screen for about a minute before disappearing. I loaded into a TDM and then it froze loading back to lobby. I loaded into a training mode and froze loading back to lobby. I am on Xbox Series X.

I switched to fiber optic few days ago, had few games with normal to this area of 50-60 ms on average.
Last 2 days I have most games over 90ms and 130ms+ on ranked. Not using vpn or anything of the sort. Friends of mine that are playing close locally have a normal ping but I still experience a very bad ping.

If you have any alerts left on the alerts menu, the Bell button, that leads to one of the events, you could try clicking that alert and see if that takes you to the events page.

how to fix after finishing the game it stucks to a splash screen
its been a year since the return back to lobby issue not fixed for Indian PC Players, we tried to change ISP and buying VPN. The results are mixed, for me ACT Fibernet is giving High Ping but instant back to lobby, after switching to JIO Ping is 40 but return to lobby is 30 to 45 sec.

oh yeah, wrote a ticket already, and remembered that i wanted to say it here first. My after 3,5 years costum buttons are working - but no more navigation in menß, controller button section is missing there, (wondering, cause over that one I made the changes for color's of redicles), right stick speed is at slowest . . . no chance for me to play with my after 3,5 years and in last week 6 assign mouse thumb keys now. Now that i could play significantly better, i can't and won't think of, what better hasn't happend or is happening. And i thought to myself kinda last monthes, hopefully they don't do that . . .⥠kinda niche, but i loved it that way especially movement. can't think of 4 buttons. not the way for me

it's cause not knowing of it. Extremely strongly surprized and shocked. But why should they cancel it - if it's in already. performance? no. performance for this game is like perfect already with ease. 4080 -> 4K -> 240Hz without SYNC -> no problem.

When you are in a shooting match in game you can aim and move also, itâs super slow. Itâs also not fixable in steam so it has to be the update that caused something to happen to the controller in game. I wasnât having a problem with it before the update, and havenât seen anything about them taking it away so Iâm still at a loss as to whatâs going on.

Support seems always to be hit or miss. They stonewall on some issues but are helpful on others. All I can say is if you have to wait more than 5 business days for a response, start sending follow-up emails, and then bug them with daily emails until the issue gets resolved.

My issue is not with this discords mods. The social media team is steady putting out tweets on both pubg and pubg support accounts, people keep asking about the controller in response. THEY LITERALLY SAY NOTHING BACK. Thatâs the problem. They can get on twitter to say we got fixed this, patched that; but they canât come out and say âwe have reports of controllers not working and are investing the issueâ??!! THATS all we are asking for
The discord mods cannot help, paid or unpaid. Twitter is a whole different set of people. PUBG tends to avoid issues. We know this. Just gotta literally wait. This happened yesterday they typically post that theyâre aware right before they fix it. Which suggests they have to have some plans in mind to fix it and to get a hot fix together for all issues. Iâve never seen them post about something same day unless it affected the entire community. This controller issue is a smaller issue among some of the others unfortunately.
They wasted no time in fixing the SLR silver/gold thing. Wasted no time acknowledging it either⌠now they got a whole section of players who canât play because no controller support.
Again seems a small portion of the community uses controllers.
They tend to not fix console issues till a month or two out.
Itâs not a console issue, itâs a pc issue. And I think there are a lot more pc controller players than anyone cares to admit

They would make it known they took it out. Issues with the game if multiple are having them, support forwards them to the devs to handle. Itâs the more they know about the more likely it is to be fixed bug wise.

What is the DLL file in the specified path?

So after launching the game and sitting in the lobby, whole PC crashes and reboots. Been happening way too often.

Uninstall PUBG
Go to your Steam library
Right Click on PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS and select Uninstall
A window will pop up asking for confirmation, click on Delete
Remove associated files
Press Windows Key+R
Type in %localappdata% and then press Enter or OK
Delete the folder TslGame
Note: You may have to look for the TslGame folder in the AppData\Local folder too.
Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye and delete the file BEService_pubg.exe
Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common and delete the folder PUBG
In Steam go to Settings>Downloads and click on CLEAR DOWNLOAD CACHE

Nobody really knows how it works.
However, you do lose reputation if you leave in the middle of a normal game (unless you're dead or in waiting lobby)
You lose reputation if you leave ranked waiting lobby.
You lose reputation if people reported you for... Whatever reason

my only rational explanation to this (that doesn't involve any paranoia like shadow bans) is that (almost) everybody I kill thinks that I'm cheating but reports me for griefing instead because they know it'll lower my reputation level instead of doing nothing
People do report suspicious activities and that does bring reputation down, unfortunately

Itâs just a number only effects the extra rewards from it that you get for rep

yeah I just thought that it's used to group people together when matchmaking, like low reputation players with low reputation players and high with high, because there were no rewards for a high reputation level at all when the system was just added, rewards were added quite recently
that's why I thought it would be pretty neat to have it higher, I don't care that much about rewards :D
Nah the rep is just a number still. I doubt theyâd be able to do a rep sbmm style matchmaking tbh. Especially with how unreliable the system is currently.
@drifting flax Falling from 4 to 1 is unusual; I've never heard of anyone falling multiple rep levels before. I would recommend contacting Support to explain what happened, along with the brief 1 to 2 to 1 issue as well. Something's not right there.

And just FYI, I had rep 5 on my alt account and fell to rep 4 for no apparent reason, and it took 10 months to get back to 5 (this was before compliments). No idea why - I do everything right according to the reputation system overview. The rep system is a black box. No transparency. (And anyway, it's not used by the game for matchmaking, but some players avoid playing with low-rep players, or seek out higher-rep players, so there's that.)
Nope. AMDs don't have this kinda issue. Try contacting microsoft live support. The ones where they take remote access to your pc. If you don't know what that is, they take remote access to your pc to diagnose the issue manually and fix it but you have to sit in front of the screen while they're doing it otherwise they will end the remote access. I've done this and they said I might have issues in BIOS. Took my laptop to it's official support centre and the issue was of BIOS. Reinstalled the BIOS.

Anyone having issues on console with being stuck at loading screen typically after game ends , sometimes before . Also voice chat not working at all. Cannot speak or hear in game chat . (Xbox series X)
Game chat is always a hassle, my go to is going into a party, testing the mic, goin into game chat while still in the party n sometimes that allows the mic to work. If not then itâs restarting the lobby or game.
Tried that because someone else recommended it. Still not working . Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Havenât tested it yet to see if it worked or not .

So I have found that when I am dead, I don't see mine or my team mates. Only the members of the team who are still alive can see them and see where they are moving too if the enemy take them. hi all. for some reason i can not hear any team voice chat. i can see the mic icon pulsing when somebody is talking but i can't hear. my audio device is correct, all other audio is fine, channels unmuted, etc.

How is controller support not a part of the maintenance tonight? It should have been a hot fix immediately when it was removed. Itâs not like the code would have been deleted completely. I donât play on controller, but I know plenty of people do. Add it back today!
You're presuming that it was removed / turned off, and not that a bug broke it. There are a myriad possible reasons why it stopped working. All we can do is wait and keep reminding them that it needs to be fixed.
hopefully they don't shut this down completely. Cause movement is ok, days before the patch i did put seat-swat on LB which is still working. For fight's a had to put my hand on my mouse anyway - and my 15 buttons are not that complicated if you are used to a G604 anyway. Like auto-run is also drive, and found out the mousewheel press i can use for the heal-wheel. So i think i can still play /very good. Hope they dissable it not completely. Okay! Then when PUBG is closed, all you need to do is on the main Steam menu (see screenshot), click "Change Account," and then log on with the other account. (Once you log on, you can leave both accounts logged on and just switch back and forth when needed.)

Ok Iâm at my wits end and I guess I might have to wait until next update. My game chat is still broken. Along with not being able to load in the lobby after a game . Iâve uninstalled and reinstalled , cleared my cache , hard reset my Xbox series X . Still same thing any ideas ? Ps my mic works on every game except this one .
Solved⌠I think it was the Xbox preview program. Whatever update that was installed that I uninstalled was causing the issue . After a reboot it works now .

PC here - similar issue. Everything was fine in the lobby (TTP - DUO), but once the match started I saw everyone disappear and it put me in what I thought was 1st person (actual 1st person was even more zoomed in and shorter). My duo partner was in the plane and I could move, but I was still at the starting area running around but couldn't turn. Once the plane hit the end of the flight path, it kicked me into the plane then kicked me out and I was parachuting so it did put me in the match.
The same thing happened to him yesterday, but he thought his game was crashing so he disconnected but it wouldn't let him back in the match.

If you think they donât care when they rarely ask for GTs for those affected by an unlawful ban, and they choose now when people are getting banned for using their controllers on pc you donât understand krafton.
Majority of the time yeah they donât care about issues (still no change in the presets changing in prelobby) but this time theyâve asked people who got banned recently when they tried to use a controller to contact them directly to get that ban off them. Even if itâs a temp ban they knew it was bs

Losing Controller Support seems like more than just a bug....This is definitely a game breaking issue that could have been addressed through a simple "official" twitter post. To me it seems like they're hiding the game breaking issue that has hit 20 or so percent of their gaming community. I have also sent in multiple tickets since day one of this incident and have yet to get an actual person to respond to a single ticket. The negativity seems self inflicted from lack of appropriate response to said situation.

Their support system can be disappointing. I've had issues where I thought there was an obvious need for a human response and just got boilerplate back with essentially a "no" answer. I've also had them fix problems for me, but sometimes not until after I followed up several times (daily) until I got a human to take my ticket seriously.
I'd advise replying daily (and politely) with new attempts to explain the issue until you get a helpful human response. At that point you can ask them to escalate the ticket to their next tier of support if you don't think the answer is adequate.

Thanks for your response! Iâve checked the microphone adjustment settings in ShadowPlay, and I understand how they work. My issue seems to be with the system sounds, especially game audio. Iâm using Voicemeeter Banana to manage my audio, but even after setting both system and game sounds to the same output, ShadowPlay still doesnât record the game sound.

That's correct. It says right under the buttons whether you're getting any scrap or not. Under the 1000 / 1800 G-Coin button for a 10-pull, it will say "100 scrap."
The other button will say "10 scrap" if its a 200 G-Coin button. If it's a contraband coupon / black market ticket button, the scrap message will be absent.

Black market vouchers do give scrap though, just like opening with Gcoins.
so @smoky comet if you used those vouchers (not contraband) you should've gotten scrap

Hello guys, after the last update this game is unplayable, like I have to wait like 5 minutes to launch the game, and in lobby it looks like it works great until i switch to store (for example). In game it works very bad and it shows me an error related to the network (i do have a stable network 1gbps, im pretty sure its not from that). I've tried all the hacks from the youtube to run troubleshooting to delete config files, to update the graphics card driver, nothing worked for me. Any ideas? (I also tried to reinstall the game).
Just have a quick question, when playing pubg my gpu usage says 50% but i only get 150 fps. Is that normal or is there something restricing my performance

install on another disk
other disk in not in SSD
well try to install it on the other disk to see if it's working :) if it's downloading then there's something to do with your SSD
