Why there's no rewards when you Level up .other BR games do . I finished the silver tier 500 Levels 0 rewards!! is that Logically Normal ? For example in Apex Legends in every single Level you achieved you a get a reward a box to open ! So what is the purpose of finishing Levels? icons ? Guys, I was playing a match now, ping 42, 0 data loss, but there was an issue with UMP, I shoot enemies but it doesn't make any effect, and then when the bullets finished, i couldn't recharge it.

We've asked this question like three times in the span of twelve hours and no one has acknowledged it. His packets per second cuts in half every time he opens his Inventory. Drivers updated, device restarted, hardlined network connection, PUBG deleted and given a clean install. No impact. Only started with the latest patch, and only when opening the Inventory.

@analog hatch May be a Windows setting issue then, or maybe another app is taking over the mic? Don't know. You could try removing the device from Device Manager and letting Windows reinstall the driver.
Otherwise, hopefully a search of this channel's history will help you find someone else who resolved a similar issue.

it showed up when i clicked on the random map section to see the rotation, i always check and this popped up, so naturally i clicked on THE BEST MAP ... Sanhok and tried to load and it completely crashed my game and restarted it and it was normal
Ah! Okay; the crash and random map region details weren't included in your post; that explains the confusion. Understood. So you're normally in a random map region but somehow got switched to a map-select region temporarily, but then it crashed.

Yeah checked already. That also tells me to use a VPN(Warp) as you can see. Any solution would be appreciated wholeheartedly if it doesn't include using a VPN.

I found a solution, I discovered that my anti virus has a game boosting feature, when activated, it stops some processes from working and the battle eye process was one of them. I allowed the battle eye process and the game is working fine.
Question for PUBG. When you're jumping out of the plane.. You shoot to the ground as fast as you can.. No other way to get down any faster. How is an entire team already on the ground when you get there? Not only on the ground, but inside the house on a second story? Hmmmmmm Seems a little sus to me.

No, only one plane on map path⌠Iâll have to go back and watch my recordings and timeline of where everyone was at. They were already down and set up. They couldnât have come from the same plane and there was only one. Killed our entire team, sitting ducks, it gets old. Between that and 300 yard shots, even Chris Kyle couldnât have made that turn down allies makes game play annoying. Spent 20 minutes picking up loot to shoot someone four times in the chest but theyâre still up to knock you from full health with two shots.

Like, if I wanted to play single player, I would have. People troll you by immediately going offline leaving you auto down to 3 person team with is pretty crappy. With this patch, I've also noticed a lag when first opening inventory in each new match, and looting via the inventory screen often fails to pick up things I right-click on now. Does seem to be an issue with the last update.

I'm having massive FPS drop and Ping spike everytime i open my inventory, anyone has a fix ? What i've tried: Verify game files, update all drivers, settings to low, disable character rendering in inventory. I got a i5 12400F - 32gb ram + AMD 6800-16gb, hard wired internet connection. It was running smootly on high settings 120-140FPS before, never had problems before untill latest patch đŚ

Only pubg would (should) know what items you owned. But they did a new jeans inventory reset recently, if u did not pick the half your gcoin back think they reset everything to how your game was in July So all items u got are gone. They said that was unretrievable tho.

Have u checked the progressives and see if they have reset down if u levels any up or got a new one. Check they there and the levels are the same.

High chances your PC is facing temperature issues. Check with HW monitor or Intel XTU if you have a intel CPU. This is aa common issue with intel CPU. If you got AMD then maybe the game files need to be verified in steam

Since around the beginning of the summer the first game launched after opening pubg had serious freezing and hiccups. This was exclusively limited to the first seconds of the game (airplane journey, parachute jump and a few seconds after landing)
I blamed the problem on the heat, "my laptop isn't brand new anymore and it can't handle the heat"
Gradually the thing started to get worse and, continuing to think it was the computer's fault, I reduced all the graphics settings to a minimum, updated the video card drivers (even if they were fresh) I made a lot of space on the HD, uninstalled stuff , cleared TEMPs, cleared game cache, defragmented the hd for hours.
But nothing.
Checked the integrity of the game files, all cleared.
It jumps from 28 ms of ping to 4500 with 100% packet loss every 2 seconds and while these hiccup freezings happen no one can hear me on discord.
Something strange happened yesterday: I try to restart the router. I had a full day of smooth, immaculate play with only very rare hiccups.
Today I restart the PC before opening Pubg (which has now become a necessary habit) and the situation is unplayable again.

I switched to Direct 12 and started to happen, kinda weird
Many people have problems with the game using DX12. DX11 or DX11 enhanced (iirc) seems to work better for them. But others report DX12 working better. I guess I'd suggest trying each one to see if it mitigates the problems.

Frequent trouble with corrupted files might indicate a failing HDD / SSD. You might try running Windows error checking on the drive (in File Explorer, right click the drive > select Properties > Tools ) before trying another reinstall.

I have a new laptop and in the last few days when I load or close pubg windows makes the sound like a device being ejected and freezes for a few seconds. Event viewer doesn't highlight anything in particular. I did have sound problems a couple of days ago, but thought that was fixed. A friend thought it might be when windows switches to the GPU but it doesn't do that for anything else. Any thoughts?

Pubg, pc: I need your technical support for the following problem:
For a few hours now, my game has been freezing when I join a game and I have to exit, close and start again. Sometimes it also tells me a network error even though everything is working fine with the internet. It only happens at the beginning of the round, usually before I get on the plane.
I have so far:
Restarted the game
Checked the game for errors
Restarted the router
Restarted the PC
Updated/reinstalled the Nvidia driver
updated windows
cleared caches/temps
reinstalled

I still cannot access rank đ 2 weeks pass already. I already sent everything they requires me to submitt no update still. So very frustrating
thx guys for helping me cuz i find solution @robust grove try reseting your wifi/ethernet router, first just turn off and on again in 20s but if it still does not work reset it to deafult setting that worked for me
So are devs gonna fix this or can i just uninstall the game?

Thats all the info i got. I open the game, let it open for 10-15m and it suddenly crash (it doesnt matters if im just standing in lobby, playing or wathever). I thinks it's my GPU but this is the only game crashing for me

@robust grove sory for another ping but it turned out that it's not a problem with the wifi itself but with the IP because the problem is new for me and the solution is a vpn, I personally use the one built into norton but any option that changes your ip should work
so now i hope that pubg anticheat won't give me problems because i use vpn in the background while playing

also if your router has such an option you can change the ip there but my upc connect box does not have such an option so I don't know if it works

Tried to unbind this key "|" cuz I heard that key can be a big problem to the settings resetting

pubg has problems with your IP, in my case and that of a few other people it is best to use a VPN to bypass this problem, but it shouldn't happen and I'm waiting for pubg to fix this problem

I have the same problem and am therefore also in contact with a community manager. After I completely reinstalled PUBG, I had one week without a ban until it happened again. Now, I have bought an additional SSD to install another clean version of Windows on it just for PUBG. Let's see if that helps.

Sometimes issues occur where files are corrupted, permissions arenât set correctly, or certain aspects of the game arenât installed correctly. To fix this we need to completely uninstall PUBG and associated files.
Uninstall PUBG
Go to your Steam library
Right Click on PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS and select Uninstall
A window will pop up asking for confirmation, click on Delete
Remove associated files
Press Windows Key+R
Type in %localappdata% and then press Enter or OK
Delete the folder TslGame
Note: You may have to look for the TslGame folder in the AppData\Local folder too.
Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye and delete the file BEService_pubg.exe
Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common and delete the folder PUBG
In Steam go to Settings>Downloads and click on CLEAR DOWNLOAD CACHE
Restart Steam
Reinstall PUBG

Hi there! I have ~1900 Lambo tokens which i got throughout the event. In order to buy the cheapest Urus I need 2000 tokens. Yesterday before the event was about to end I checked the store and it showed 5 days remaining for buying the Loot Caches (which give you tokens aswell). Therefore since i didn't have money on my Steam balance I was relieved that I had some days left to buy the Loot Caches for the tokens they come with (1x loot cache - 15 tokens).
Today I logged in and to my surprise they got removed from the store page.
My question is whether I misunderstood something or did they wrongly remove those?
I've kept all my tokens just to be able to purchase the Urus. (I'm 82 tokens short).

Unfortunately, the store items have their own expiration date, which displays on the items in the store when the date is close. The special crafting shop runs a bit longer so people can spend the tokens they already acquired. I'm afraid you're out of luck at this point for getting new lambo tokens. đ˘

quick question - I launched the PUBG from steam, which not prompt for any update, but once the game connected to the server, it says my client version (3.1.2.5) needs to update. Any suggestion?
in Steam, right click PUBG -> properties -> installed files -> verify integrity of game files. it'll check over the game files and should prompt the update
if not, try restarting steam, if that doesn't work then restart your computer, if that doesn't work then try changing your download region in steam

hi all. i recently got my friend into pubg and this week they received a permanent ban for an unknown reason. after going through the support ticket route, they have been told that it has been determined that they violated the terms and services and the ban will not be reversed. is there any other course of action for them to get this looked at? there is no way that they cheated... is there at least a way to get more information about what caused the ban? they accidentally TK'd in one game but this cannot possibly be the reason?

this is a very common error, you can bypass it by using another internet or VPN, you can also try to change your IP in the router but I haven't tested this solution

Hello, when i started the game today, for like 5 matches was really nice and smooth, after this my game was starting getting lag spikes (micro freezes every seconds) when zone going smaller or players was nearby. Is there a fix? My pc i running on ultra settings with 180 fps. Please help... Game is nice, like the customization options, but this lag...
if VPN or other networks didn't help try disabling your antivirus firewall, I don't know if it will help but you can try

Yesterday I was going through some optimisation videos i found on youtube, with regedit optimisation tools and whatnot but now i have a very niche issue that i cant find anywhere else on the internet where my games audio cuts out and it doesnt come back unless i restart the game.
I had created a system restore point before proceeding with the edits to the registry and have rebooted to that restore point and still have the problem.
The audio cuts out around 4.5 minutes after pressing play on steam depending on how long it takes for the game to boot.
I have no idea what to do, i have moved my game installation folder from an external ssd to my OS ssd and have verified game files. This shouldn't be a problem with my audio drivers as this problem only started after my performance tweaks.

NVM IT WAS JUST MY AUDIO JACK. i didnt think to fiddle with it seeing as the volume cutting out seemed periodic and at specific times.

turns out it wasnt that, it was just a coincidence. there is still an actual issue
so apparently i have been perma banned for zero reason. I emailed support thinking it was just temp ban maybe from some sorry saps reporting a half decent player whatever. No i have been perma banned for violating terms and conditions and will not be told a reason why. I have zero and I mean zero malicious software on my PC. I have been playing this game since 2018 even playing semi professionally. If someone could help out that would be great. I would atleast love to hear the reasoning as to why I have been banned.

how would you even go to prove that you ain't cheating? like does Krafton have a program that can scan PC's to check for cheats and if so how would they know if somebody DID have it before they deleted and submitting the PC for the scanning?

Best option is to keep pestering support, perhaps ask to have gameplay looked at or ask if you can prove anything in any way.

umm they look at the reason that caused the ban and i prove that whatever triggered it was not malicious or violated terms of service.
im pretty sure it was my DS4Windows program that I use my PS5 controller on. This allows me to retain all functionality of the controller. I have used this program for years and never had an issue. There was an update to it recently and then this happened. I only know this because I launched Battlefield 2042 right after I receieved the ban error and their anti cheat said it was this program causing a conflict.
On the plus side - there is cases where false positives happen and they get lifted. Just need to bug them enough - Might not be an easy journey and it might take some time but fingers crossed!!

ok i still have this weird niche problem where my audio completely cuts out after a few minutes of my game booting up. more info in the message i replied to. I haven't tried reinstalling the game because my wifi isnt the fastest but i will try it if its the only options left. If anyone knows what to do i would really appreciate it.

Is there a way to disable Thermal Scope for Vikendi Custom game if it uses the 'Normal' preset or would I need to use the Esports settings? I can't seem to find an option
The game itself shouldn't be causing blue screen. Please check your hardware to ensure all drivers and everything is working as supposed to. Hoping you can resolve the issue đ
It might be worth putting it as a feedback in #1014184851978604604 that the Thermal Scope is not removable through the Spawn settings.
Perhaps it is worth trying to remove all 4x as Thermal is also a x4 scope

If youâre talking about the rewards, you still have to level up to get the items. And if you didnât claim it in utilities then it wonât show up as premium on the pass screen either.

It usually is related to internet connection unfortunately, perhaps restarting your router could help. Also if you are using any additional software like a VPN, this is often the cause for users who had that issue.
I do not use VPN and I tried restarting the router but no luck
