You may be affected depending on which server you are playing with.
e.g. you can play with someone based in North America which will lead you to play on NA servers, but your latency will also be above the usual

There's no transparency around the reputation level system other than what it says on that page, unfortunately. Don't leave lobbies after the countdown timer starts or before your last team member is dead; be polite in-game (don't curse people out in all-chat, etc.); give your teammates compliments using the three diamond buttons on the end-of-match summary screen (where it shows each player's kills and damage and assists) - and receive those compliments from your teammates - that will help your reputation score, and eventually it will go up.

Just for some context, on my alt account I reached level 5, and a few days later some people reported me (falsely obviously) for being toxic, and it dropped my rep to 4. Then it took around 10 months for it to finally go back up to 5 again. Sometimes it's baffling how the system works (or if it's even a "system" and not just totally random 😅 ), but if you follow the above principles, eventually your rep score should improve.

yes, the maps got more demanding over time. That said, the 1050ti release was around 8years ago, and it was a mid to low end card already back then. Given g4560 and 1050 ti, I assume there is probably also not much RAM, this game likes RAM 😉

My system is from a similar timeframe (but more towards the back then higher end 8700K, 32GB and 1070ti) and I had a problem last fall where i used a GTX 1650 (4GB VRAM) for trouble shoting and I played a game or 2 (PUBG) and I thought its unplayable

Let's try not to tell people they're playing Casual Mode when they're not, or when we don't have evidence to know that they are. Bots fill vacancies in Normal lobbies when there aren't enough humans queueing, so it's probable that they're playing Normal mode during slow times.

@half bone Casual Mode is a specific mode you can select to play; in NA at least it's TPP only (solo or squad). But many players confuse it with Normal mode during slow hours. Either way, you have to level up to at least level 80 and purchase PUBG Plus in order to be able to play ranked. (See below for more details on Plus, which is a one-time purchase.)

But bullet drop after 100m makes the impact lower than the reticle center dot, so you can adjust the zeroing (basically lowering the front of the scope relative to the barrel) by 100m steps for longer shots. On PC, it's PGUP/PGDN while in ADS.

(Similarly, for a close-up target, the bullet will hit higher than the center dot.)

No; the scroll wheel controls your zoom. The PGUP/PGDN keys control your zeroing. Look in the bottom of the reticle when you're in ADS; it says "Zeroing Distance 100m". See this screenshot:

If that window is exactly 100m away, the bullet should hit where the crosshairs are. If it's 400m away, instead the bullet's going to hit about three bumps down along the bottom crosshair (more or less).

Changing your zeroing to match the distance to target lets you aim with the center of the crosshair instead of having to manually adjust by aiming high.

How can I know the distance of the target?

The dark lines on the map grid are 1 km; the lighter lines between them are 100m. Also, you can fire some shots, watch where they land (if using a sniper rifle, hold the trigger until you see the bullet impact), and adjust the scope zeroing accordingly.

PUBG Tips for Snipers:

• When firing a sniper rifle while aiming down sights (ADS), you can hold the left mouse button to remain in scoped / ADS view; this lets you watch your bullet and see its impact location. The bolt cycling animation will start once you release the trigger, taking you temporarily out of ADS. Tip for switching seats in the car (note it does make it easier but can have some side effects), map switching to seats 2 and 3 to Q and E respectively and Seat 1 to W. That way when you press forward you just drive the car, and you can press E to get in the passenger seat, and W again to drive again. Works well for me. Only issue is that sometimes if someone else gets out of a car I accidentally start driving it if I'm not paying attention

Dropping faster is per say not possible. Landing earlier than others requires to understand when to jump out of the plane, getting as close as possible to the location and ensuring you're at the maximum speed when your parachute opens.

Its all about elevation from sealevel. you'll see a line on the left side of how high you are. The higher the ground below you, the quicker your parachut will deploy. you want to drop from plane over low ground, then sweep across if you need to, let parachut come automatically and aim for highest point (building).

buildings won't render but you'll still be able to see people in the long distance

you might increase brightness through settings and also mess up with the anti-aliasing

you can also turn on sharpening if you haven't to see if it makes difference for you

The best to go as far as you can is to actually look "up" and keep the minimal speed. Press W upon diving as well

Descend with your head (visually) on your destination point - if you jump at the right time, you should have a speed somewhere around 200 at that angle - and then when your altitude is a bit above the automatic chute-open line, hold the dive button, which with the higher dive speed will result in the chute opening closer to the ground. (It takes a couple seconds to get to max speed, though.)

Ideally, if you start the power dive when you're about 150m from the target, then the drift at the end should take you right where you want to go (presuming level ground - adjust for rough terrain).

Use the Training Grounds!

• Practice recoil control with various weapons and attachments while aiming and shooting at a spot on a wall; this will also let you see the bullet impact points

• Use the sound trainer to get better at using the sounds of enemy gunfire to quickly and accurately locate enemies

• Practice dropping from the plane and controlling the parachute to land where you want to

• Gain experience with cooking grenades and throwing them accurately

• Use the target ranges to understand and adjust for bullet drop at different ranges with different weapons, to practice with various scopes and the zeroing feature of some scopes and iron sights, and to get better at hitting moving targets

Note: To equip weapons, armor, backpacks, ammo, etc. in training mode, use the equipment key/button, which defaults to comma (or left angle bracket): <, or for console Xbox: back button (double window) PS: touchpad

• Practice good communication: Call out the location of enemies (orally, or with a ping marker using F3 or middle click) so teammates can spot the enemies more quickly and bring supporting fire to bear. Ping empty slots on your weapons (in inventory, mouse over and ping the slot) to tell your teammates what attachments you need, and ping ground loot to mark the loot for your teammates. Remember to clear old markers to remove distracting ping clutter.

• Spectate to observe other players when you are defeated in a match. Seeing how others play the game can help you discover good strategies to use - and mistakes to avoid.

  • Note: Normally the game will not spectate a bot, so if a bot killed you, usually the game will choose another nearby human player to spectate rather than the bot.

• Use the in-game replay feature to review matches and gain insights, including being able to see the action unfold from another player's point of view or a bird's-eye view.

  • Note: Replay (PC only) is a reconstruction of the match from summary data, not a recording, so certain parts will be inaccurate: such as the precision of where a character is aiming vs. where the bullets actually went. Even if the replay shows a character aiming at one point but the bullets hitting at another point, that is a flaw in the replay system, not evidence of cheating.
  • The death cam is also inaccurate; it shows opponent locations but doesn't accurately show how they shot you.

• Watch online training / how-to videos: For example, WackyJacky101's YouTube channel has dozens of videos designed to help players get better, including videos explaining how to use the various weapon sights and scopes effectively, how far away footsteps and gunshots (including silenced gunshots) are audible, and why peeking to the right around cover is safer than peeking to the left.

You can change the zeroing on some scopes and iron sights, but you don't have to. Search "zeroing" to find some recent conversations we've had about zeroing.
