You can lock skins to prevent accidental scrapping, or unlock them to allow it. Works with most skins (besides some event skins that can't be locked but can't be scrapped either).

Progressives can be traded for some BP, but that's a really bad deal. Better to use Hideout > Salvage to disassemble them for 3 schematics and 800 polymers.

If you have a iGPU, it needs to be compatible. For example, the intel uhd 770 is not compatible because it has haswell architecture and blender 4.0 runs on brothswell architecture. Try downgradeding to 3.6 or lower

In certain maps there is a thing called AED if u take it you can use it when you are knocked down and bring yourself back(it takes 10seconds), if u have it in your inventory you will be knocked down instead of dying.

alright, i know now that helmets and armor reduces damage inputs. they dont give additional health. got a last question: so if for example a weapon does more than 100 damage to the head, the player is dead or just knocked down?

are there scenarios where a player instantly dies?

Not if they have another teammate alive and un-knocked, or have a self-revive. No amount of damage bypasses the knocked-out state. In fact, if the enemy has 1 hp and you do 200+ damage to them (say, with a direct grenade hit), they'll take 1 damage, and you'll get credit for 1 damage and the knock (or the kill, if they were knocked when you damaged them).

Obviously the better players out there that have been playing years will tap you in the face and ya will be dead b4 you can even react most of the time, but as you play and get better, i'd say you need to play with guys that have been playing a long time, to pick up hints and stuff.... Like always crouch when shooting, TAB over loot and dont look down at the loot as you doing it, i see a lot of new players do that, when you dont need to, just crouch or stand over it and TAB, as TAB works from quite a distance from the loot and its also faster than pressing F on everything... obviously when your just running through a building you can snatch single items with F but usually TAB over everything and swipe it. Also never stop moving, even when your tabbed over loot, you should be doing a circle while looting because yoiu standstill your gonna get headshot by a KAR98 for sure, so never stop moving the whole game, Also Little things like sometimes dont flush your knock as it puts pressure on the enemys team to come and and try res him, the blue chip thing now, has spoiled that abit coz they can just get him back, i dont like it that much.... But yeah, you will pick things up

FPP in my mind is way more skillful, as you have to use your eyes and ears to spot the enemy, In TPP they literally are licking a wall, then the enemy pops out and they lean and shoot from behind the wall.... its so sad, i dunno, not sad but its, i dunno how explain how i feel about TPP, i dont hate it, but i really dont like it... In my eyes its just so unskillfull... Just looking at wall, nose touching it, looking over it and around waiting for some poor soul that doesnt hear you because your stood licking a wall, then boom u pop out and shoot him, In FPP u have to listen and look around at stuff, places, if your gonna peak a hilltop u actually have to go look over it, to spot enemys, in TPP they literally lay down about 3 feet away from the lip of the hill, and just look about over the top, behind them, its just crazy, i actually do hate it i think....🤣

To add, I don’t know why y’all say TPP you don’t have to use audio and visual cues? You still have to even doing the wall thing you’re so obsessed with. The cues are still there and can still be used regardless of what POV/playstyle you’re into.

I don’t care for Fpp v tpp gripes. Fpp in this game is overall nauseating to play for me so I don’t.

On the TPP issue, I agree with Not_here that it's really a matter of preference and not a bad mode inherently. But I do feel that it gives that "see but not be seen" advantage that feels unfair.

The moment I realized I disliked TPP was when I was new and watching a replay of a match on Taego; I couldn't understand how a guy had discovered me hiding in one of the shacks and tossed in a molotov to kill me, until I watched him moving around the shack and looking in through the high window with his even-higher disembodied magic point of view from far above his head. Ugh.

Mostly the hunter chests/keys, as you accumlate, just buy a few. If you really want more character skins, look for the daily/weekly check-ins (top right of the lobby screen, looks like a crate) every so often they'll release a theme and if you check in consistently or do the objectives you'll get an outfit. ie Vikendi Set recently, purple camo type full outfit set they dropped @high orbit

Playing on max sens is basically really impossible on a controller, you should aim for around 3-6 on 1x

Will give you good recoil control and won't be super fast

General sens and camera sense should can be higher depends on preference I play on 15

I know sens between 3-6 is slow but if you know how to use it it's deadly

And turn off aim acceleration it really messes with your aim

Yes, it has SBMM. But if there aren't enough players to fill a lobby, then it's irrelevant. It's more effective in the more active areas (Asia).

And apparently yes, when you're starting out, you will get more bots in your lobbies. Later, say after your first 20 matches, you would likely mostly get humans unless it's during a dead time of day (like in NA).
