Many people, anime fans or not, get the terms: 'Otaku' and 'Weeaboo' mixed up, it can make Otakus and Weeaboos alike pretty angry, I hate being called a weeaboo... So what's the difference?
Main Differences:
Weeaboo: Obsessed with Japan
Otaku: Obsessed with Anime, Manga and Video games
Weeaboo: Wishes they were Japanese or had Japanese origins
Otaku: Like their own culture and don't wish to change that
Weeaboo: Try to learn Japanese off of anime, usually failing (looking like a complete ass to their culture and the Japanese culture)
Otaku: If they really want to learn Japanese, they take classes and know what they are saying
Weeaboo: Use Japanese words whenever possible "That's so kawaii"
Otaku: Speak normally
Smaller differences:
Weeaboo: usually have social skills and annoy others
Otaku: Usually don't have social skills and annoy others who try to talk to them about anime
Weeaboo: Say 'Japan' near one, I dare you

As you can see there is a large difference between Weebs and Otakus. Think of it as the Weebs are the dark side, complete nut heads, the Otakus are the friendly ones who love to chat about their favourite anime and manga and wont go all Japan on your ass.

when you open imgur, the pics you see are the "front page". When a pic is submitted, it starts in user submitted or "usersub" for short. There, a pic is upvoted, downvoted or ignored. If enough people upvote it, it reaches the aforementioned "front page", raising its profile. It was mentioned by Moxie/Caspar a few issues with the Food-For-Thought map. I mean its still not meant to be taken literally, but it took me all of 10 seconds to fix it so I figured I would and then throw it back up here for further criticism
(changes were additional weapons factories at Light's End to even them out across both sides, and another component node for wardens since it was mentioned they only had 2)

It might also satify some people's want for naval landings. Fighting through shallow water and onto a beach even from another piece of land is pretty much the best we can hope for temporarily.

I think that's just a case of not having enough competitive games on the map. The way I see it, theoretically, if you had 8 players spawning at the town hall, rushing back to both bridges every time they died, I think the wardens would run out of shells faster than the colonials would run out of build materials
seeing as the wardens would only have 1 armoury there, and still need to run a supply chain to keep it pumping
and that's neverminding if the colonials were also using mortar to counter enemy mortar

That's the thing: a warden can mortar the bridge every ~30 seconds and be far enough away to not be hit by colonial mortars, while also using very few shells to take off a lot of build progress.
I mean, it's all just theories.

Well a mortar shell only does ~50 build mats worth of damage to bridge, so if it was doing it every 30 seconds, the bridge would already been 75% built by the time it fired its second shot
And it would need to do that at both bridges constantly

then less so. anyway, I doubt you could get someone to sit and camp a bridge for hours, so it's entirely plausable the colonials could build the bridge there. Just a lot easer for the Wardens to prevent the building of the bridge than it is for the colonials to actually build the thing in the first place.

Realistically - the workshop doesnt even matter early game anyways. Wardens wont be rushing tech to that workshop until all of their other workshops are upgraded. More likely, the colonials will have taken the Northern side of saltbrook--upgraded the workshop for themselves--and in the late game, the Wardens would sweep back in and take the north side to use it
So assuming the wardens were able to retake the N side of saltbrook in the late game, then we'd see saltbrook getting shelled hardcore
which would be cool if nothing else. But by that point who's to say
So yea... the colonials will be down a workshop at the start, but by the time the 'stalemate condition' sets in (colonials control brackish, wardens control woodbind) - everything should even out in that respect
