If it's an issue with loading the command, we wouldn't be able to see anything about it in the server details. Also, please try to stick to normal troubleshooting rather than asking staff to look into details. If staff need to, they can ask/take over.

Yes, they said that they hadn’t changed the prefix. I didn’t go much further into that as they were experiencing issues with slash commands too, with their original inquire being Dyno saying they weren’t high enough to ban a user despite it having a superior role (slash command).

For Dyno to be able to manage or moderate any role, he has to be VISUALLY higher than the role you want him to give or remove on the Roles page of your Server Settings. Otherwise, Dyno will not be able to manage users who have the role.
Note: If you have invited a Premium bot, there will be a second "Dyno" role belonging to the Premium bot!

My Custom Command is not working

Troubleshooting Steps

Because Custom Commands are custom, there are many different issues that can cause them to not work. The list below is only some of the most frequent issues.

1. Make sure the Custom Commands module is enabled. You can easily check this by running ?diagnose customcommands or /diagnose command_or_module: customcommands for slash commands.
2. If you have {silent} in the command or Silent Command option enabled with a {!command} variable, remove it and run the command one to see if an error is being silenced.
3. If you have a {!command} variable in your command, make sure the prefix is !. The prefix is always ! in CC's regardless of your server prefix.
4. Make sure each advanced variable (variables that do not just represent text) in your command is on its own line.
5. If your Command field only contains a {!command} variable, make sure to add a space after the variable.
6. If you have an embed, make sure you follow these steps:

Things To Note

• If your embed has images, make sure the image links end in a file extension (e.g. .png, .gif).
• If you have any Fields, make sure each Field has both a Name and Value.
• If Dyno is sending a blank message instead of the embed, make sure you have the Show website preview from links pasted into chat option enabled in User Settings > Text & Images.
• Make sure your embed does not exceed the character limits listed here.

If Dyno does not have the Administrator permission, make sure Dyno's role has the following permissions in the relevant channel(s)

Beyond Council and Developers, our staff team is comprised of Support Team members who are the Dyno experts, Moderators to keep the server friendly, and Community Staff who focus on making the server engaging and inviting. See #welcome for some more details.

Command Settings

This guide will show you how to limit certain commands/modules to specific roles or channels.
1. Head to https://dyno.gg/account, login if necessary, and select your server.
2. Click on the Commands tab.
3. Navigate to the command/module(s) you want to limit, and click the ⚙ Settings button.
4. Choose the roles or channels you want to limit the command to in the Allowed Roles box.
Note: You only need to select either Allowed or Disabled. Setting allowed roles will automatically disable all other roles.

How do I setup Action Log?

Configuring The Module

1. Head to the dashboard, log in, and select your server
2. Select the Modules tab and click on Action Log.

• Ensure the module is enabled, otherwise Action Log will not work!

3. If you would like each log type to go into separate channels, enable the Specify channels for each event option. If not, select select a Log Channel where enabled events will be logged to.
4. Enable the events you want to be logged, selecting a channel if necessary.
5. If there are events in channels you want not to be logged, select those channels as an "Ignored Channels". You can also select channel categories if you want all channels in that category to be ignored.
6. For Message Delete logs, if you do not want people with certain roles to be logged, select those roles in "Ignored Roles".
7. For Member Join and Leave events, you can have the log show the member's avatar when they join or leave the server. To enable this, enable the __Show avatar on join/leave messages__​​ option.
8. For the Member Join event, you can also choose the number of days in the "New Account Age" section, which will show the account's age if it is newer than what you specified

Required Permissions

If Dyno does not have the ​Administrator​​ permission, make sure Dyno has these permissions in the channels you choose to send logs:
