the CPU gets interrupted to often, which slows things down. Linux also has that issue, but with Linux based systems you can switch from interrupts to polling

We should always seek opportunities, but try and remember the reasons for which every emotion has evolved. Worry evolved to help us prepare as well as to drive us to improve our circumstances, but beyond that it is not utilitous (not sure if this is a word lmao). If you've taken reasonable steps to prepare for what's coming, then your worrying is pointless beyond that point. Doesn't mean you can just turn it off, but try and remind yourself that it's not rationally useful

Out of curiosity went to a gas station to get myself a hot dog after college last week. They didn't have my favorite sauce so I went for "American" one. Holy hell that was spicy af but I was too hungry to stop

though at a guess, if it was spicy - probably either used cayenne or tabasco.

cayenne is an interesting pepper. hot enough to get your attention, not hot enough to make you stop eating whatever it's in. aromatic, flavorful. and its got some really interesting beneficial effects.
