Because instances can always fit twice the amount that you've set as a limit. When it reaches the limit that it displays, it'll simply disappear from the public world browser but you can still join on people who are in the instance until it maxes out at twice the amount that has been set. That is also why The Devouring as a 4 player coop game has a player limit of 2 set because you can actually fit in 4

It's a combination of them having a config file that changes the resolution the in-game camera take pictures at and possibly some post-editing. Though in this case it's most likely just the configuration file that changed the resolution the in-game takes pictures at.

They are not invisible. Pc users can see the quest users as they are. The quest users can't see pc user's avatar and they see it as a robot thing

When a quest user is using a quest only avi, it's usually a blue robot with the picture of the avi or a quest&pc compatible vrchat avi
